Minnesota was hold on the 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey. Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Kindseth was absent. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-112 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PtESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER FOR EXTENSION OF WATER INSTALLATION PROJECT /68 -OC TO THE PROPERTY OF LOTC 12 AND 13, BLOCK 2, AND LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 5, IN SCHIEBE'S HIGHLAND VIEW ADDITION, EXCEPT THAT PART OF LOT 13, BLOCK 2, AND LOTS 1, 2, 3, BLOCK 5, AMID FLORENCE AND FRANCIS AVENUES. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the village Council of said village held the 28th day of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a fully, true and complete transcript therefrom.
