VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman
Kindseth was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-111
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
REQUESTING BIDS FOR WATER MAIN INSTALLATION IN IVANHOE
WOODS AND QUAKER LANE PROJECT #68 -OA TO BE LET ON
MAY 23RD AT 10:00 A.M. DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME AT THE PLYMOUTH
VILLAGE HALL.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
the 28th day of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a fully, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as uch clerk and the corporate seal
of the village this 22nd day of Ma 1969.
