Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayer Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman
Kindseth was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-109
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL.
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
TO INCLUDE CANDLELIGHT TERRACE ADDITION IN THE
SOUTHWEST SEWER PROJECT U68 -1E.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wee
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Counnilmren Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

it the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a meeting eeting of the Village Council of said village held
the 28th day of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a fully, true and cowplete transcript
therefrom.
