VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz, and Johnson. Councilman
Kindseth absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-108
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
TO DELETE WAYZATA FARMSTEADS ADDITION AREA FROM THE SOUTHWEST
SEWER PROJECT #68-1E, DUE TO THE LARGE ACREAGE INVOLVED WHICH
ALLOWS FOR DRAINFIELD CORRECTIONS AT THIS TIME.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz, and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

. 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
April 28, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a fully, true and complete transcript therefrom.
