VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman
Kindseth was absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-107
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVING THE BASSETT CREEK ESTATES PLOT PLAN SUBJECT TO
LANDSCAPE SITE PLAN APPROVAL BY BUILDING INSPECTOR AND
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT OF PROPER DRAINAGE WAY TO THE EAST
WITH ADEQUATE PROVISIONS FOR STABLE FOOTING FOUNDATIONS
FOR THE PROPOSED BUILDINGS.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
the 28th day of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a fully, true and complete transcript therefrom.
