Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting eF the
Village of Plymouth Council of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on 28th
day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
j
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. Councilman Kindseth was
absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-106
WHEREAS, Joseph J. Eberle, 250 Zachary Lane, requests a
Subdivision Waiver. (Parcel 7600)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on
April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page
497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described land:
Tract A:
The South 105 feet of the North 318 feet of the West
241 feet of the SW 4 of the SW It of Section 36, Township
118, Range 22, subject to road easement over the West
33 feet thereof.

s Tract B:

The North 32 rods of the SW 14 of the SW t6 of Section 36,
Township 118, Range 22, except the South 210 feet of the
North 318 feet of the West 241 feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,

the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attache: and foregoing extract of minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
the 28th of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file In my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Subdivision Waiver
request by J. J. Eberle.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 26th day of June, 1969.
