HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-106VILLAGE JP PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting eF the Village of Plymouth Council of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, j Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. Councilman Kindseth was absent. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-106 WHEREAS, Joseph J. Eberle, 250 Zachary Lane, requests a Subdivision Waiver. (Parcel 7600) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described land: Tract A: The South 105 feet of the North 318 feet of the West 241 feet of the SW 4 of the SW It of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, subject to road easement over the West 33 feet thereof. i s Tract B: ij The North 32 rods of the SW 14 of the SW t6 of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, except the South 210 feet of the North 318 feet of the West 241 feet thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly i` seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, i' the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey.
