Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman
Kindseth absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-105
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT htSREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT AND PLANS FOR LARCH HEIGHTS LAGOON
2ND ADDITION SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
DEVELOPER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: (ROBERT D. NELSON)
1. GRADING, DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF OUTLOTS A THROUGH
#E PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE LAGOON,
2. A DRAINAGE EASEMENT IS TO BE PROVIDED ALONG THE BACK LOT
LINE FROM 53RD AVENUE TO OUTLOT #E,
3. ORDINANCE PROVISIONS FOR PARKS WILL HAVE TO BE COMPLIED WITH
WITH RESPECT TO THE LAGOON,
4. PROVIDE STORM SEWER LATERAL IN OUTLOT B TO INTERCEPT
WATER ON LARCH LANE AND CARRY THE RUNOFF INTO THE LAGOON,
5. A REVIEW OF SOIL BORINGS INDICATE POTENTIAL FOOTING PROBLEMS
AROUND THE LAGOON SO SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST BE GIVEN TO LOT 5,
BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 2 THROUGH 9, BLOCK 2, BEFORE BUILDING PERMITS
ARE ISSUED,
6. RECEIPT BY THE VILLAGE OF A SIGNED DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz, and Johnson. No one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
the 28th day of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a fully, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 19th day of May, 1969.
