EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
April 28, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on April 28, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13800 State
H=�'-.day No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent:
Councilman Kindseth.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 69-104
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF TRACT "F",
REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 857
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Village Council
by the owner of property abutting on Village right of way in
portions of Larch Lane (Tract "F", R.L.S. No. 857) for the
vacation of right of way.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a public hearing be held at the
Village Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
on June 2, 1969 to consider the vacation of the
following:
That part of Tract F, Registered Land
Survey No. 857, Files of Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin, lying southerly
of a line drawn parallel with and 60 feet
0 •
southerly of the South lines of Tracts A,
B, C and D, Registered Land Survey No. 641.
(Also known as Larch Lane lying between
54th Avenue North and the right of way of
the Soo Line Railroad Company).
2. That the Village Clerk -Administrator be
directed to give proper notice of such hearing
in the manner required by law."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and
upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and
Johnson. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said village held April 28, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to setting a date for public hearing on vacation of a
portion of TrE.ct "F", Registered Land Survey No. 857.
