RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due c4 l and notice thereof, a regular - special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the 21st day of April, 1969 .
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Humphrey, Hintz and Kindseth
and the following members were absent: None
introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-103
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of
the following streets, to -wit:
Kilmer Lane Project 68-8A
by Bury -Carlson for $240188.50
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"I. The Mayor and Clark are hereby authorized and directed to enter
.nto the attached Contract with Du Carlson
Ot Minneapolis. Minn. in the name Ot the Village
Plymouth for the improvement of the following streets, to-vit:

according to the plans and specifications thazefo: approved by the
Village Council end on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is horaby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the nest lo~rnat
bidder sh.-11 be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution arcs duly
seconded by Councilman Hupphrey :ad upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:
Major Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Johnson, Hints and Kindsoth
The following voted against the wane: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): gone
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared thn attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular - special
meeting of the Village Council of said village held 71et da. of Auril 19_ ALI
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Lilaar Lea
Street Ia®rewament Project 68 -OA
of the Village.
