Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 21st day of April, 1969. The following members wore present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Humphrey, Johnson, Hints and Eindseth.
No members were absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution
and mowed its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 69-98
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
ORDERING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY REPORT
FOR WATER AND SANITARY SEWER AT COUNTY ROAD NO. 9
FOR THE PROPOSED SCHQOL DISTRICT /281 ELEMENTARY SCOWL
TO BE LOCATED EAST OF ZACHARY LANE AND NORTH OF 4310. AVENUE.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. There were none
who voted against.
Whereupon thfsRksolution was declared duly pass" and adopted.
