Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plyawuth, Minnesota was held on
the 21st day of April, 1969. The following ambers ware present:
Mayor 811de, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Hmophre, and Kindseth.
There were no absent members.
Councilnuâ–ş Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-97
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR PIPE SECONDS
FOR 50 PERT OF STORM SEWER DRAINAGE ON THE NORTH SERVICE
ROAD OF STATE HIGHWAY f55 AT THE DAIRY QUEEN LOCATION. WHEN
THE SECONDS ARE RECEIVED THE ENGINEER 15 TO SECURE 503 FOR
INSTALLATION OF THESE PIPES.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thermos
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman
Johnson, Hintz, Humphrey and Eindseth. There were mane who voted
against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark-
Administrotor of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, bereby certify

of a regular seating of the. Village Cowell of said V411- hold
the 21st day of .April,. 1969. with the original thereof om file is my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript tberefrom.
