moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-96
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE WATER MAIN INSTALLATION ON
QUAKER LANE FROM STATE HIGHWAY #55 TO ITS TERMINUS
ARPROXIMAT-LT 1/4 MILE TO THE SOUTH AND IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT
TO IVANHOE WOODS ADDITION.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Remautioa was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
