HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-094VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was nela on the 14th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Humphrey, Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. No members were absent. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-94 WHEREAS, Robert W. Pritchard of 4528 -58th Avenue North, Suite 132, requested approval of Preliminary Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approved the Proposal No. 2 of the Timber Shores Preliminary Plat Plan located at the Northwest corner of 53rd Avenue North and Zachary Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz, Johnson and Kindeeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN -SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the Minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 14, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same in a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
