Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village'Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held
on the 7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey. One Council
seat vacant.

Councilmen Johnson introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-93
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BASSETTS CREEK FLOOD
CONTROL COW(ISSION TO PLAN, CONTROL AND PROVIDE FOR DEVELOP-
MENT OF BASSETTS CREW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public health, safety, prosperity, convenience and general
welfare of the Village of Plymouth and its citizens and residents to
enter into a joint and cooperative agreement with other municipal
' corporations for the establishment of a Bassetts Creek Flood Control
Commission.
2. A proposed agreement, to accomplish such purpose, a copy
of which is attached ,terato and made a part hereof, is hereby approved
and adopted, and the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator and all other
appropriate officials of this municipality are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of this municipality
and to take the steps outlined in said agreement necessary to
effectuate it, and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
send a catilfied copy of this resolution and a duly executed copy
of said agreement to the Village Manager of the Village of Golden Vallcsy,
Minnesota.
