the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 7th day, of April, 1969, The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, and Johnson. One council
seat vacant.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-92
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
AMOVIHG THE FIREMAN'S PAYROLL DISBURSEMENT
FIRST QUARTER, 1969, ENDING MARCH 31, 1969. $1,138.75.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hiatt,
Humphrey and Johnson, and no one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
