RESOLUTION NO. 69-89
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
THAT THE RESIGNATION OF MR. HANS HAGEN BE ACCEPTED WITH
REGRET AND THE COUNCIL SEAT BE DECLARED VACANT.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Hints, Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

1, the undersigned, bolus the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

April 7, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the
same to a fully, true and complete transcript therefrom.
