moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-88
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR KILMER LANE FROM 36TH
TO 36TH AVENUE NORTH IN GLEN ERIE ADDITION IN SECTION 24 BY
BASEWORK, SURFACING AND CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereofc Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints,
Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
