Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson; and one vacant Council
Seat.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-86
WHEREAS, Kenneth Schiebe and William Cavanaugh, 2015 North Aquila -
Avenue, requested rezoning of the area of County Road #6 and State Highway
#101 from R-0 to B-2;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VIILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: (1) That we deny the rezoning request as requested
for #6 and #101. (2) Direct the Planning Commission to continue to study
the entire plan as developed by the planner with the objective being to
incorporate it into the comprehensive guide plan. (3) That Plan "A" as
recommended by the Planning Commission be accepted by the Council as a guide
for this developer of the 25 acres in question at the intersection of State
Highway #101 and County Road #6.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey; and '
there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the fore-

the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
