its adoption:
RESOLUTION 69-85
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That a preliminary report be prepared by the Engineer
to black top holly Lane from County Road #9 to the Soo Line Railroad track.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey
and Johnson; and thiA -Vgre none who voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was d'cltigd duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held April 7th, 1969 with the original thereof on
file In my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
