VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the z
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. The following members
were absent: One Council Seat vacant.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-84
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the Engineer prepare a preliminary report on
the final street grades of 6th, 8th, 10th Avenues and Nathan Lane in the
area of County Road #18 and State Highway #55.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hintz and Johnson; and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of. the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the village
council of said village held April 7, 1969, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to street grades of 6th, 8th 10th
Avenues and Nathan Lane in the area of County Road #18 and Highway #55.
