HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-084i3 v a � VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the z Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent: One Council Seat vacant. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-84 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the Engineer prepare a preliminary report on the final street grades of 6th, 8th, 10th Avenues and Nathan Lane in the area of County Road #18 and State Highway #55. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson; and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *** Ott* *** STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of. the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com- pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the village council of said village held April 7, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to street grades of 6th, 8th 10th Avenues and Nathan Lane in the area of County Road #18 and Highway #55.
