HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-0796 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. One Council seat vacant. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 69-79 is NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: SET THE DATE OF MAY S, 1969 FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE UPGRADING OF COUNTY ROAD /18. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN - SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 7, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
