Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. One Council
seat vacant.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-79
is NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
SET THE DATE OF MAY S, 1969 FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR
THE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE
UPGRADING OF COUNTY ROAD /18.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held April 7, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 7th da of May, 1969.
