Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 7th day of April, 1969. The fullowiug members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. One Council
seat vacant.
Councilman Johnson introduced the fallowing Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-78
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF Pi -(MOUTH:
ORDERED PRELIMINARY REPORT FROM ENGINEERING ON DRAINAGE
STUDY FOR THE WATERSHED DISTRICT DRAINING INTO THE
INTERSECTION AT COUNTY ROAD Y9 AND COUNTY ROAD #18.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held April 7, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution
concerning the above.
