HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-078VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of April, 1969. The fullowiug members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. One Council seat vacant. Councilman Johnson introduced the fallowing Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-78 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF Pi -(MOUTH: ORDERED PRELIMINARY REPORT FROM ENGINEERING ON DRAINAGE STUDY FOR THE WATERSHED DISTRICT DRAINING INTO THE INTERSECTION AT COUNTY ROAD Y9 AND COUNTY ROAD #18. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN - SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 7, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution concerning the above.
