Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. One Council
seat vacant.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-77
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVAL OF THE HENNEPIN COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT COUNTY
PROJECT #6722 ON COUNTY ROAD #18 FROM NORTH OF COUNTY
ROAD #70 TO SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD f9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Council-
men Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certs.fy
that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
on the 7th day of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
