HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-076' 01 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plynouth. Minnesota was held on the 7th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hints and Humphrey; and one vacant Council Seat. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-76 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the Engineer prepare Plans and Specifications for water installation on Quaker Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing 1.3solution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Humphrey; and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com- pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held April 7th, 1969 with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
