WHEREAS, August Roiko of 305 Magnolia Lane requested a Subdivision Waiver.
(Lots 7 8 8, Block 2, Wilshire Gardens Hennepin County Minnesota)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five
(5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described Janda:
Tract A:
That part of Lots 7 6 8, Block 2, Wilshire tidws-Hennepin County
Minnesota, lying northerly of a line and its extensions, said line
described as beginning at a_p6lat on the west line of said Lot 8
distant 75.00 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 7, distant
120.00 feet Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 7 and
said line there torminating. And of the location of all buildings,
thereon, and all visible encroachments, if any, on said land.
Tract B:
That part of Lots 7 and 8. Block 2, Wilshire Gardens Hennepin County
Minnesota lying Southerly of a line and its extensions, said line
described as beginning at a point on the :West line of said Lot 8
distant 75.00 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of said Lot B;
thence Northeasterly to a,point on the East line of said Lot 7,
distant 120.00 fact Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 7
and said line there tenasinating. And of the location of all buildings,
thereon, and all visible encroachments, if any, on said land.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilsaa Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hagen, Humphrey, Hints and Johnson.
There were none who voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said village held March 18, 1969, with f.-_ original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar -as_the same relates to a request by August Rolko for a
Subdivision Waiver.
