adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-73
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the Golden Valley Bank disbursement of $263,174.98,
for the period ending March 17, 1969 be and hereby is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hagen, Humphrey and Hintsi
and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
