HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-072VILLAGE OF PLV-4OUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council'of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of *"larch, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson; and there were no absent members. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-72 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 'TUE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the regular payroll disbursement of $10,672.25 for the period ending 3/14/69 be and hereby is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon note being taken thereon, the following voted in favnr thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Johnson, Humphrey and Hintz; and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth; Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village have been carefully compared by me, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete tranAcript therefrom from the meeting . held March 17th, 1969.
