RESOLUTION No. 2013-307
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO THE
POLICY ON THE REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE
FROM THE CITY MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City frequently updates policies; and
WHEREAS, the excessive snow in the winter of 2012-2013 resulted in the need to update
and clarify provisions of the snow removal policy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, approves revisions to the Policy on the Removal of
Snow and Ice from the City's Maintained Street System.
