HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-068W VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. There were no absent members. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-68 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE DATE OF APRIL 21, 1969 IS HEREBY SET FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE PLYMOUTH VILLAGE HALL AT 7:30 O'CLOCK P.M. TO VACATE FOR . UTILITY EASEMENT THE WEST TEN FEET OF: ALL OF BLOCK 7 IN BEACON HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION AND LOT 1, BLOCK A, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA FOR EDWIN C. SCHIEBE AND MYRTLE C. ECKES. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson.
