VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of .larch,
1969. The following sembers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen,
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were no absent `embers.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-67
WHEREAS, WAYZATA SCHOOL DISTRICT #284 REQUESTED A SUBDIVISION WAIVER FOR
PLAT 43733, PARCELS 7200 AND 7430.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
. OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five
(5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A: The North 11 of the South 11 of the NW1t of the SW1; of Section 33,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th principal meridian, except
the East 794 feet thereof, and except the South 66 feet of that part of
said North 1s of the South k of the NW1t of the SWk lying West of the
East 794 feet thereof; ALSO the South 23 feet of the West 470 feet of
the South 1s of the North 11 of the N51t of the SW1x of Section 33, Township
118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th principal meridian;
Tract B. The South 66 feet of that part of the North 11 of the South 15 of
the NW1t of the SW1t of Section 33, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of
the 5th principal meridian, lying West of the East 794 feet thereof;
. ALSO the EAst 794 feet of the North 11 of the South 11 of the NWk of the
SW1t of Section 33, Township US North, Range 22 West of the 5th
principal meridian; and of the location of all buildings thereon.
Tract C: The EAst 1S of the South 1i of the I*h of the SW1t of Section 33,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th principal meridian, and of
the location of all buildings thereon, and all visible encroachments,
if any, from or on said land. The survey was made only in connection
with a mortgage loan now being placed on the property; and no liab''ity
is assumed except to the holder of such mortgage or any other interest
acquired by reason of such mortgage. It is understood and agreed no
monuments have been placed for the purpose of establishing lot lines or
boundary corners. Except the South 220 feet of the East 200 feet of
the East 1s of the South k of the NA of the SW1y of Section 33, Township
118 North, Range 22 West of the fifth principal meridian.

Tract D: The South 220 feet of the East 200 feet of the East h of the
South ;t Of the N* of the SWk of Section 33, Township 118 North,
. Range 22 West of the 5th principal meridian, except the East h of
the South k of the NW3t of the SWk of Section 33, Township 118 North,
Range 22 West of the fifth principal meridian.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz
and Johnson and no one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said village held March 17, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the cor rate seal of
the village this 17th day of April, 1969.
