VILLAGE OP PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of March, 1969. The following ambers were present. Mayor
Hilda, Councilman Hagen, Humphrey. Hints and Johnson. These were no
absent members.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-66
WHEREAS, Preston Wilson, 17030 12th Ave. N. requested a Subdivision
Waiver on Plat 43960, Parcels 1100, 1200 & 1300, City View Acres (Lots
11, 12, C;13 of Block 1)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance Me. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on January 10, 19669 and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register
of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance-
of parcels -of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 fast
In width are hereby waived as to the following described lands:
Tract A: That part of Lot 13, Block 1, City View Acres, lying
North of the South 211.5 feet of said Lot 13.
Tract B: The South 211.5 feet of Lot 13, Block 1, City View Acres.
Tract C: ,That part of Lot 12, Block 1, City View Acres, lying
North of the South 211.5 feet of said Lot 12.
Tract D: The South 211.5 feet of Lot 12, Block 1, City View Acres.
Tract B: The South 211.5 feet of Lot 11, Block 1, City View Acres.
Tract P: That part of Lot 11, Block 1, City View Acres, lying
North of the South 211.5 feet of said Lot U.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded "by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey,
Hints and Johnson. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution wasdeclaredduly passed and adopted.
