VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hagen, Hints, Humphrey and Johnson. There were none absent.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-65
WHEREAS, David C. Bell Investment Company, representing Karl E. Humphrey
requested approval of a subdivision waiver on Plat 43734, Parcels 500 and 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966,
In Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels
of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are
hereby valved as to the following described lands; subject to a
30 foot easement along the east lot line:
Tract A:_ The South 200 feet of that put of the NEk of the SEh of
Section 34. Township 118, Bangs 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota,

described as follows: Beginning at the judicial landmark located
at the SE eorner of the NEk of the SEA& of said Section 34; thence
North along the East line of said section a distance of 600 feet;
thence West parallel with the South line of the NEk of the SEk
of said Section 34 a distance of 325 feet; thence South parallel
with the East line of said section a distance of 600 feet to the
South line of the NBk of the SEk of said Section 34; thence East
along said South line 325 feet to the point of beginning.
Tract B: The Borth 185 feet of the South 385 feet of that part of
the Eft of the SES[ of Section 34. Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the judicial
landmark located at the SE corner of the Nzk of the SEk of said
Section 34; thence North along the East line of said section a
distance of 400 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of
the N8k of the SEk of said Section 34 a distance of 325 feet; thence
South parallel with the East line of said section a distance of 600
feet to the South line of the NEh of the SEDC of said Section 34;
thence East along said South line 325 feet to the point of beginning.
Tract C: The North 120 feet of the South 505 feet of that part of the
NE% of the SES of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follow: Beginning at the judicial landmark
located at the SE corner of the NFk of the SEDC of said Section 34;
thence North along the East line of said .section a distance of 600
feet; thence Wast parallel with`the'South line of the NEk of the SE'h
of said Section 34 a distance of 325 feet; thence South parallel with,
the East Lias of said section a distance of 600 feet to the South line•
of the NEk of the SEf1 of said Section 34; thence East along said South line
325 feet to the, point of beginning.

The motion for she adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ulde, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and
Johnson. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
