HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-063VILLAGE OF rLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Humphrey, Hints and Johnson. The following members were absent: Councilman Hagen. tet* ttt *** Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-63 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the Mayor and Administrator be authorized to exercise the option by March 17, 1969 on the Erikson property with the provision that would permit the total price to be paid in a lump sum adjusting for the increase in the Capital Gains Tax. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being trken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson and Hintz and Humphrey; and there were none who voted against.
