VILLAGE OF PLYMUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
loth day of March, 1969. The following members were present, Mayor
Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey. The following members
were absent: Councilman Hagen.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLLTION NO. 69-61
WHEREAS, Ray Waterhouse requested a sideline waiver,
' NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the sideline -daiver for a 10' setback on Lot
10, Block 5, Greentree Forest 2nd Addition be approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz
and Humphrey, and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Is the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the foregoing extract of minutes of`a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said village held March 10, 1969, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
