HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-060Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved "i its adoption: -r RESOLUTION NO. 69-60 WHEREAS, Philip Reek requested a sideline waiver, NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the request for a 3.7' sideline waiver on Lot 1, Block 1, Vicksburg Forest First Addition be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hil.de, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey; and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully, com- pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held March 10, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
