HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-059VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent: Councilman Hagen. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUIION NO. 69-59 NOW 'THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLP_GE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF 'LYMOUTH: The Village Attorney be authorized and directed to seek to have the decision of the Adjustment Panel in Mr. Bruce Johnson's case set aside by any means necessary. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey, and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com- pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held March 10, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
