• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of March,
1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Hagen was absent due to business reasons.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-57
WHEREAS, Donna Weestrand of 10A North County Road 73 requested a
Conditional Use Permit
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
• OF PLYMOUTH:
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT HAS BEEN GRANTED TO PERMIT DONNA WEESTRAND TO
HOLD CERAMIC CLASSES IN THE BASEMENT OF HER HOME LOCATED AT 10-A NORTH
COUNTY ROAD 073, PROVIDED THE HOURS ARE RESTRICTED TO TUESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS AT 7:30 P.M. TO 10:00 P.M. AND THURSDAY MORNINGS
FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 11:00 A.M. AS LONG AS PARKING DOES NOT BECOME A PROBLEM.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
