HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-056VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Hagen was out of town on business. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-56 WHEREAS, Larry Graton requested a Conditional Use Permit at 10910 County Road $15. . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: J APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO SELL SNOWMOBILES AND SPORTING GOODS IN A B-4 ZONE AT 10910 COUNTY ROAD i15, PROVIDING NO SNOWMOBILES ARE PARKED ON THE STREET SIDES OF THE BUILDING. ita* The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held March 10, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
