Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
10th day of March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Hagen was
out of town on business.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-56
WHEREAS, Larry Graton requested a Conditional Use Permit at
10910 County Road $15.
. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO SELL
SNOWMOBILES AND SPORTING GOODS IN A B-4 ZONE AT 10910 COUNTY
ROAD i15, PROVIDING NO SNOWMOBILES ARE PARKED ON THE STREET
SIDES OF THE BUILDING.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Humphrey,
Hintz and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held March 10, 1969, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
