HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-055VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humpurey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Hagen was absent due to business reasons. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOiUTION NO. 69-55 WHEREAS, Richard Ozmet requested a Conditional Use Permit NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: HAS APPROVED A CONDITIONAL USE PER141T FOR THE COUNTRY KITCHEN RESTAURANT ON BLOCK 5, SCHIEBE'S HIGHLAND ADdITION. t** ftt *Aie The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson.
