Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humpurey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Hagen was absent due to business
reasons.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOiUTION NO. 69-55
WHEREAS, Richard Ozmet requested a Conditional Use Permit
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
HAS APPROVED A CONDITIONAL USE PER141T FOR THE COUNTRY KITCHEN
RESTAURANT ON BLOCK 5, SCHIEBE'S HIGHLAND ADdITION.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hintz and Johnson.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

transcript therefrom.
