Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Hagen was absent from the meeting
due to business reasons.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-53
WHEREAS: Mr. Bradley Steinman representing the Erickson Petroleum Corporation
. of 1422 West Lake Street, Minneapolis, Minn. 55408 requested a Conditional Use
Permit.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
HAS APPROVED A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE ERICKSON PETROLEUM
CORPORATION HOLIDAY SERVICE STATION ON LOTS 12 3 13, BLOCK 2,
SCHIEBE'S HIGHLAND ADDITION.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hintz and Johnson and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held March 10, 1969, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
