HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-052VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTIi Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of March, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz Johnson and Councilman Humphrey who arrived late due to business reasons. There were no absent members. Councilman Humphrey, second by Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION l69-52 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: . That the Regular Payroll Disbursement of the Village of Plymouth for the period ending February 28, 1969, totaling $11,212.64 be and hereby is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly passed upon vote being taken thereon, and the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) is I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held March 3, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
