RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular - spwoii meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the 3rd daq of March , 1969 .
The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz, Johnson and Councilman Humphrey
who arrived due to business reasons.
and the following members were absent: None
introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-51
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1impOallassalaa�
repair of sanitary sewer lines as caused
by chemicals from Universal Circuits, Inc., Project #69-1B.

bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Maycr and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
mto the attached contract with American Pipe ScrVices-Inc.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said village held the 3rd of March,
1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom as the same relates to
Project #69-1B, Sewer Repair.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of
