HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-048-_ )_ r ..c E } � VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of March, 1969. The follovingimembers were present:Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey, who arrived late due to business reasons. There were no absent members. Councilman Hagen introduced .the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-48 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THAT THE DATE OF APRIL 7, 1969 BE SET FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR. WATER INSTALLATION ON QUAKER LANE, WHICH PROPERTY LIES ALONG QUAKER LANE FROM HIGHWAY #55. ITS TERMINUS, APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE TO THE SOUTH. #a* **t eft The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey, and no one voted against.
