VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of
March, 1969. The follovingimembers were present:Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hagen, Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey, who arrived late due to business
reasons. There were no absent members.
Councilman Hagen introduced .the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-48
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
THAT THE DATE OF APRIL 7, 1969 BE SET FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR.
WATER INSTALLATION ON QUAKER LANE, WHICH PROPERTY LIES ALONG
QUAKER LANE FROM HIGHWAY #55. ITS TERMINUS, APPROXIMATELY
1/4 MILE TO THE SOUTH.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz,
Johnson and Humphrey, and no one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
