VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Villagw Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd dap of March, 1969. The following ambers were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilman Hagen', Hints, Johnson and Councilman Humphrey arrived late
due to business reasons. There were no absent members.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-47
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
THE VILLAGE ENGINEER IS ORDERED TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
THE DRAINAGE IN ORCHID ITR &ND 6TH AVENUE NORTH AND LANEWOOD LANE
AND 4TH AVENUE.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hagen,
Hints, Johnson and Humphrey, and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village' Council of said village held March 3, 19690 with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
