HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-046t t 1 V�S VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held an the 3rd day of March, 1969. The following members were presentt'Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz, Johnson and Councilman Humphrey who arrived at the meeting late due to business reasons. There were no members absent: Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-46 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THB VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ORDERING A PRELIMINARY REPORT FROM THE ENGINEER ON THE NORTH SERVICE ROAD OF STATE HIGHWAY #55 AT #73 CULVERT. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Humphrey was absent. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I Have carefully compered the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held March 3, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the 'same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
