Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,_ Minnesota was hold on the
3rd day of March, 1969. The following members were *resent: Mayor
Hilda, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hints and Johnson. No members were
absent, except that Councilman Humphrey arrived late for business reasons.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-45
WHEREAS, Mr. William P. Ylitalo, 12306 Couuty Road 15, requests
a waiver of Chapter III, Section 17.05, Subsection (b).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
HAS APPROVED WAIVER OF WELL ORDINANCE TO BUILD AN ADDITION TO
HIS HOME TO BE LOCATED OVER AN EXISTING WELL AT THE ABOVE nriii&i'S.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hagen, Hintz
and Johnson. Councilman Humphrey was absent.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
