HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-044tom; PILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of February, 1969 commencing at 7:45 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Hagen and Johnson; and there were none who were absent. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-44 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the First National Bank Construction and Sinking Fund dated February 17, 1969 and totaling $140,670.72 be and hereby is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz, Humphrey and Johnson= and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. :TATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I love carefully coe- pared'the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular wating of the Village Council of said Village held February 17, 19699 with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to the First National sank Construction and Sinking Fund dated February 17, 1969.
