VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of February, 1969 commencing at 7:45 P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Hagen and Johnson; and there were no absent members.

Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-43
NOW THREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Golden Valley State Bank Disbursement dated February
17, 1969 and totaling $36,581.07 be and hereby is approved.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz,
Humphrey, and Johnsons and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said village hold February 17, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is s full, true and
complete transcript insofar as the same relates to the Golden Valley State
Bank Disbursement dated February 17, 1969.
