Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 69-42
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Regular Payroll of the Village of Plymouth dated
February 14, 1969 and totaling $10,682.65 be and hereby is
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor 1111de, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz,
Humphrey and Johnson{;and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, herbs y,-cartify that I have care-
fulljt46mpdred the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said village held February 17, 1969, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the sena is a full, true
and correct transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the
regular payroll disbursement of February 14, 1969 totaling $10,682.65.
