VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th
day of February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were no absent members.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-41
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
THAT THE DATE OF MARCH 17, 1969 BE SET FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR WATER INSTALLATION FROM 13TH
AVE44UE TO MEADOW LAWN ESTATES THIRD ADDITION ON THE EAST SIDE
OF MEDICINE LAKE.
The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of public
hearing on such proposed assessment in the official newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the time specified for such hearing. The Clerk shall also
mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each parcel of land described in
the assessment roll, with such mailed notice to be given no less than two
weeks prior to the date of hearing.
Such notice shall state the date, time and place of such hearing, the
general nature of the improvement, the area pro; -used to be assessed, that
the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or
oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: itayor Hilde, Councilmen

Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
